■ Images need to be crisp and simple and free of clutter. Authenticity in the photographs is important. 

■ Real estate photographs need to be factual, emotive and appealing - they should not show messiness and clutter, clashing colours, odd angles, a missing feature such as a bathroom or wardrobe - all because the real estate photographer was inexperienced or just plain sloppy.  

Stills photography

■ Small apartment (1-2 bedroom, 1 bathroom) : 30 mins = $170

■ Small home (3 bedroom, 1 bathroom) : 45 mins = $220

■ Standard shoot (4 bedroom, 2 bathroom) : 1 hr = $290

■ Large property ( 5-6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) : 1.5 hrs = $350

■ Extra large property (6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms) : 2 hrs = $440

• 15 mins decluttering / lights on etc if needed

• supply of around 30-40 quality magazine style images or more if the property is large and a double (2 hr) shoot is required
